Processing & Shipping Orders are processed and shipped within 1–3 business days of purchase. Domestic orders ship via USPS. International orders ship via UPS.

Returns & Exchanges I accept returns and exchanges within 14 days of delivery. Items must be returned in their original condition, unworn and undamaged.

To initiate a return or exchange, email me at einat@frogaspect.com with your order number and I'll walk you through the process. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer.

Once I receive and inspect the returned item, refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5–7 business days.

Final Sale Items Custom and commissioned pieces and sale items are final sale and not eligible for return or exchange.
